Every hoodie is custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please choose your size carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us through the contact page with your order number and clear photos as soon as you receive it. We will review it and make it right.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
